Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to get all orders out within 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.
  • All Pre-Ordered items will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Renewed cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to the following:
    • Service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. 

FAQ: Tracking problems

  • I can’t track my order:
    • Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation, your tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update. If your tracking details have not updated after 24 hours from the moment it was dispatched, please contact us via email.  

Returns and Exchanges

  • This small shop is only able to accept Apparel exchanges and returns for available sizes. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You cannot return or exchange an item after the collection it belongs to has closed.
  • Sale items: All sales are final on our sale items. We will not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Returns

  • When we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
